Welcome To My Breastfeeding Blog
Hello! My name is Jessica, and this is my breastfeeding blog. If you want to know more about me, my “credentials,” or my general approach to breastfeeding, please read my About Me page.
If you are interested in getting my video, Breastfeeding: Mother-to-Mother, or want more information about it, you can learn more at this link.
Before I introduce you to the particulars of this blog, and share with you what this blog is and isn’t, I’d like to invite you sign up for my breastfeeding newsletter. I plan on using the newsletter to communicate with you from time-to-time and share valuable, free breastfeeding information, resources, tips, tricks, and expert interviews as they become available. You can unsubscribe any time you like, and I will never share your information with anyone. Sign up now by entering you first name and email address in the form below.
As you can see, the menu on the right has a list of categories relevant to breastfeeding. Just click on a category and explore. Soon I hope to have a search box to make exploring easier for you. There is also a growing list of links to work-at-home-mom products I like to promote. So if you are interested in quality handcrafted items for you or your baby, please check out what they have, and tell them I sent you.
What this blog isn’t: Like I said previously, I’m not claiming to be an expert on breastfeeding, so this blog is not about definitive, expert advice. I try and base what I share–the information and opinions–on what I have learned through personal research, experience, and trial and error. Could I be wrong at times? Sure. Will I make grammatical mistakes? Definitely. Don’t hate me if I am not a perfect human being.
One last thing. This blog isn’t a pulpit for me to preach some dogmatic breastfeeding method or ideology. I have learned that so-called “experts” can be wrong, and disagree with each other at times, so I don’t believe there is a gospel of breastfeeding that you must accept. I believe, as a woman, you have an intuitive wisdom that only needs to be nurtured and encouraged. Maybe that can happen here.
Enjoy!
