Breast Feeding Basics

Australians seem to be waking up to the need for paid maternity leave for breastfeeding moms. Union groups are getting serious with their search for answers, citing the World Health Organization’s recommendation for babies to exclusively breastfeed during the first six months.

I think this is fabulous! Of course, in a perfect world, moms would just be able to stay at home with their babies without ever feeling pressured to get back to work while their child is young. Short of that ideal, this plan would be a great step in the right direction for Australian mothers and their babies.
