Good information, but I wish you had a script that we could use for breastfeeding, particularly to make more milk and to help those of us who are working away from home and need to pump milk to feed while we’re away.

I started looking into EFT when I heard other Moms mention it about 10 years ago. It was suggested as a helpful tool for getting past those “stuck” places that can come up in life. And EFT has been very helpful.

Several months ago I downloaded the EFT manual after reading your blog post. I am hoping to get a grasp on it enough to get my husband to try it for his allergies. There are some good videos on youtube showing people (even Gary Craig himself) doing the tapping so you can get a better idea of the timing and what it looks and sounds like. It sounds sort of strange with the affirmations and all, but his theory is based upon physiology. I guess I’m afraid that if I try it and it doesn’t bring results, I’ll just feel stupid!
