The Breastfeeding Mother’s Guide to Making More Milk

Based on the reviews, this looks like a great book for moms and moms to be who are concerned about the possibility of having a low milk supply, and may also be a good read for any mom who just wants to understand why their breasts work the way they do. It’s also highly recommended for lactation consultants, to help them better help moms struggling to make enough milk.

It’s over 260 pages long, with 16 chapers, and has a nice little preview on Amazon to give you a feel for what you will learn in the book. Presently, it has thirteen reviews from readers, and all of the reviews give the book a 5 out of 5 star rating.

I may just have to add this book to my collection. Even though I’ve never had a supply problem, most women have their share of self doubt about the sufficiency of their supply at some point in the nursing relationship, myself included. This book may have some helpful information that I have not yet learned about, and I just love to read about and understand more about how my body works.
